Private yoga sessions can be done via zoom or in-person in a dedicated therapy space in Newcastle.

 1:1 yoga is a great way to personalise your practice to suit your individual needs and work towards specific goals whether that’s strength, flexibility etc.

1:1 yoga can also work on a therapeutic level to help with pain management, emotional trauma, anxiety and much more.

It might be that you’re a total beginner and want to learn the basics before stepping into a class, or you may just want to use the sessions to develop your home practice.
