Hatha Yoga Newcastle
This is an open level class that will offer options for both the beginner and advanced student alike with modifications for each pose and practice.
Hatha is the umbrella term for all styles of yoga and these classes cover a variety of approaches and techniques ranging from static alignment to flowing sequences such as Surya Namaskar (sun salutations). Pranayama (breathing practices) and learning how to relax are integral parts of the sessions.
Each week the classes are themed taking inspiration from yoga philosophy that can help to enrich your yoga practice and your everyday life. These classes are informal and we are a friendly bunch who always welcome a new face.
